June 7–13, 2027 · 8 boats a day

The stonefly hatch is the week to be here.

Once a year, two-inch bugs hatch from Pumphouse to State Bridge and the biggest trout in the river come up to eat them. We run full-day floats every day of the hatch, and they always sell out.

Good to know

What if the hatch is early or late?

We watch flows and water temperatures from May. If the hatch shifts, we'll offer to move your date at no charge.

I'm a beginner. Is this too much?

Not at all. Big dry flies are the easiest flies to see and fish. It's a great first trip.

Last year, every boat sold out by February.
